When your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your order. you can just contact us if you need more infos. 

We offer a 7-day return & exchange guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us by e-mail or live chat first for further instructions. We are sorry that shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns
At our site your complete satisfaction is our top priority for long-term business between us, we offer the return and exchange instruction. Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are having first. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn't to send anything back.

Exchanges
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Cancellation
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. But if your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it.
